Bico do Santo Viewpoint
A granite outcrop at 181 m above sea level. As well as being an area of outstanding scenery, O Bico do Santo is an excellent viewpoint over the sands of Carnota and Monte Pindo.
It is a place of great cultural importance. The summit is crowned by a large, white stone cross that was erected in 1935. Previously there was a small chapel dedicated to San Sebastián which was destroyed by Napoleonic troops.
Access is via a footpath from the village of Castelo. To reach the summit, you have to climb the path which is rated as mid-difficulty.
