Faro de Punta Nariga

The place name is maybe derived from the Latinnarica (nose). It is a headland between the Sisargas Islands, Cabo Santo Hadrián and Punta del Roncudo.

A Landscape shaped by the sea, zoomorphic rocks and splendid views are part of the attraction of Punta Nariga lighthouse. Witha height of 28 m, it looks like a ship navigating a sea of rocks.

It was built in 1995 by the architect César Portela. The light is 28 m above ground level, making it 50m above sea level. The light has a range of 22 nautical miles (41 km).
