Usually deserted but sheltered, with views of the open sea. It continues into the beach of O Rostro and Arnela. Swimming is hazardous due to the strong currents. Far from any villages, it is 500 m long and has strong waves and winds. It is a protected zone under the Nature 2000 programme.
