Tasting workshop of Gallician Beef at the  Museum of the Sea in Laxe.

Friday 23th February at the 19.00 hours, in the Museum of the Sea in Laxe, there will be a workshop  of Galician beef by Luis Antonio Vázquez Pérez, director of promotion and external relations of the  "IXP Galician beef". The cook will be Marcos Seoane, of the Restaurant Rio Sil of Carballo. The program of Gastronomic winter and Enológic Activities.  It will close the gastronomic part next Friday to the 7 of the afternoon in the Museum do Mar.

The activity of this week consists in a practical and back workshop degustación of the Geographic Identification Protected ( IXP) Galician Beef.
