This celebration framed in the 3rd edition of HotelForum, forum promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to delve into the challenges and opportunities of the Galician #hotelero sector towards the Xacobeo 2021 and in which students and professionals of the tourism sector participate, as well as of the hotelier, contributes to the materialization of the challenge and opportunities offered by the arrival of new technologies such as Big Data compared to traditional sales means, as well as the definition of specific needs for different types of travelers and the creation of new offer models , among other relevant points.
The act is composed of several round tables and exhibitions of different speakers including Annia Gonzar, Bella Hotel Fisterra and Bella Muxia Hostel.
The program consists of:
- Hotel marketing.
- Central act of the 25th Anniversary of the Superior Hotel Management Center of Galicia. Provides the CSHG with the "Award to the Reference School" of the Catalan Association of Journalists and Writers of Economy and Tourism "Network of Tourism Journalists" for 25 years, training and discovering talent in the hotel industry.
- Management of diversity in catering establishments.
- The evolution of the hospitality product.
- The weight of economic and financial management in the decision making of the company.
