The Entroido 2019 poster brings almost everything we need to have a good time at the Don Carnal festival, as is the program of activities that includes the Contest and parade of costumes, shopping and floats, the Sardeña Burial, gastronomic celebrations, workshops and foliage, dances for the elderly, childrens and street entertainment, and a concert and masterclass by Manuel Blanco, one of the most important Spanish trumpeters in Spain.

As every year, the most concurred appointment of Carballo carnival and the Contest and parade of costumes, comparsas and carrozas, which always takes place on Carnival Sunday and that falls on March 3. Presented by Álex Magician, it begins at 6:00 pm and it is one of the most traditional parades in the region, which has increased the number of awards this year to 8,500 euros, of which 4,000 will be dedicated to participation givings and the rest will be shared among the winners. At the end of the parade will be celebrated, sponsored by the Department of the Third Age and enlivened by the Clover Orchestra, the traditional costume dance in the City Hall, during which the awards ceremony will take place. Sardine burial and appointments for little ones This year there will be a workshop for the creation of musical instruments to form a Carnival parade.

Another of the activities that the public is earning each year is the Sardine Burial, which will take place on March 5 from 9:00 p.m. As in previous editions, it will be coordinated by the Municipal Theater Classroom, with which Vagalume Animación, Red Cross and Santa Compaña will collaborate, which will encourage and accompany the entourage. The smallest and smallest are always protagonists of Carnival, thats why childrens entertainment could not be missed. In this case, with a workshop for children from 4 to 12 years old that will be taught at the Rego de la Balsa Library on March 4th, at 6:00 pm and is entitled "Carnival is coming. In addition, this Carnival is responsible for bringing music to the streets, the "Charangas Mekanicas" (afternoon and evening of March 3) and Santa Compaña (afternoon and evening on March 5th and in Sardeña Burial).
