The Department of Trade, Hostalery and Tourism of Laxe presents the activities program inside the project reLAXEse, stop the third quarter of this year 2018. This department considers that the sport is in yes even a differentiating value that allows to offer a program of ocio attractive stop the visiting. With this intention present a complete program of sportive activities stop this summer 2018. All they framed in the title "Active summer". The activities are directed to the senior people over 18 years, so for young people exists already a specific program in the Department of Sports. All the activities are of bucket stop the participants.

YOGA. The lovers of the Yoga will be able to practise this discipline in group on the Beach of Cristais. It Will be the Tuesdays 10th, 17th, 24th and 31th of July, and 7th of August, to the 20.00 hours. The activity does not have registration.

GAP. There Will be collective kinds of tonificación to work distinct zones of the body to good rhythm, and to the free air. It Will be the Wednesdays 18 of June, 1 and 8 of August, to the 20.00 hours in the Playground Covered of the Square of the Voluntary. Without previous registration.

ZUMBA. We propose Latin rhythms and aerobic exercises, to begin the weekends of the summer. The kinds will be the Fridays 20th and 27th of July, and 3thrd and 10th of August, to the 20.00 hours in the Playground Covered of the Square of the Voluntary. Without previous registration.

HIKING. At all better that know the City council of Laxe enjoying of some lovely coastal routes in group. The Tuesday 17th of July will realize a route guided to know the PR-G 70 Laxe-Tip Insua. It treats of a linear route of 4,5 km and low difficulty-average. To The following Tuesday, 24th  of July, will be the turno stop the PR-G 114 Laxe-Fetter. In this case it treats of a  linear walkway  of low difficulty-average and 7,5 km of length. The turn from Fetter will do in bus. In both cases, the exit will be of the Municipal Point of Touristic Information at the maritime walk. These activities have previous registration in the Municipal Point of Touristic Information (PMIT) at the maritime walk.

SNORKEL. Know the marine funds always is an attractive experience, more still being them of the beach of Laxe. There Will be occasion to do it in reduced groups, the Monday 16 and the Thursday 19 of July. Three canvas, of 8 people each, in schedules to choose: of 10.00 to 11.30, of 11.30 to 13.00 and of 13.00 to 14.30 hours. The incrición previous will formalize in the PMIT.

PADDLE SURF. Subirémosnos For the first time to the organisation of a fantastic experience practising paddle surf, the Monday 23 and the Thursday 26 of July, in the beach of Laxe. The turnos are of 10.00 to 11.30, of 11.30 to 13.00, of 13.00 to 14.30 hours. The squares are limited, by the that requires incription previous in the PMIT.

KAIAK. The Monday 30 of July and the Thursday 2 of August, offer the possibility to enjoy of some very fun exits in Kaiak by the beach of Laxe. Each day there will be three turnos, of 10.00 to 11.30, of 11.30 to 13.00 and of 13.00 to 14.30. The squares are limited. It requires incrición previous in the PMIT.

WALKS EN BARCO. At all better that diversificar and know the coastline of Laxe, but this time will do in craft. An available experience the Monday 6 and the Thursday 9 of August since the dock of Laxe. There Will be 4 turnos by day: of 10.00 to 11.00, of 11.00 to 12.00, of 12.00 to 13.00 and of 13.00 to 14.00 hours. The available squares in the craft are five by exit. FOOTBALL. The Saturday 11 of August to the 18.00 hours the Municipal Field of Football Cape of the Sand will live the first cuadrangular of football reLAXEse. They Will play the hosts, SD Laxe, beside Sportive Club Baio, Sportive Union Paiosaco and Bergantiños Football Club. It collaborates in the organisation of the meeting to SD Laxe.In this ?Active summer? Also there will be place for interesting cultural activities in the Museum of Mar:

LITERARY PRESENTATION. The Friday 10 of August to the 19.00 hours will have the pleasure to present the book ?José Vidal. A life devoted to the photograph?. Xan Fernández Carrera, collects in this unpublished work the life and work of José Vidal, through an interesantísimo work based in the Deep Photographic Vidal, that, as they know, is the centre and motor of the Museum of Mar. The act frames in the celebration of the year 2018 how ?Year Vidal?.

NEW TOURISM WEBSITE. The Tuesday 14 of August to the 12.00 hours will present the new web of tourism of Laxe. A current web, modern and dynamic, especially thought to cover the needs and expectations of the people that visit us.

PHOTO EXHIBITION SIC. The Monday 16 of July to the 17.00 hours will inaugurate an exhibition of photos of the author Carlos Eiroa. ?SIC?, it is the name of this exhibition that will be available for visit tie the 31 of August.
